In Ashlee's 4 week beginners series we will break down the basic breathing and poses so you can get the absolute most out of your yoga practice. Each week we will build on the skills from the week before so that at the end of the series you will have a better understanding of your body and the way you should feel as you move through a class.
This class is great for anyone new to yoga, anyone looking to move their practice to the next level or anyone looking for a tune up.
