Close out your week with this quick meditation:

Find yourself in a comfortable seat. Close your eyes.
Check in with your mind: honor what it's saying.
Check in with your feelings: name them without fear.
Check in with your body: acknowledge whats talking to you
without frustration or judgement.

Bring your attention to the center of your belly- the center of your core- and begin to breathe mindfully into this space, feeling the breath expand and open up in your stomach, allowing yourself to receive a little bit more air each time.

As you continue to breathe, begin to imagine that with every inhale you are drawing in all of the good energy, great possibilities, and generous experiences available to you from the world all around you. Draw it all into the center of your core, feeling it build in that space. On each exhale, imagine that you are sending everything that has been burdening you- anything you are ready to let go of- out to the ends of the earth, where it dissolves into space.

Keep breathing with this: inhaling everything that you are wanting to draw in: the experiences, the feelings, the peace. Exhaling anything and everything that has served it's purpose and is ready to go.

Can you get more and more creative about what you are willing to breathe in? Can you get more and more free with what you are ready to breathe out?

Get creative. Get free. Keep breathing.
