Find a comfortable seated position. Take a few long, slow breaths in and out through your nose to settle in. Using your right hand, close your left nostril with your ring finger and inhale. Close your right nostril with your thumb, open your left and exhale out through the left. Keep your thumb there and inhale through the left. Close the left, open the right, exhale. That is 1 round.
