What is your body trying to tell you?

Our bodies can be tremendous tools and teachers on the path to learning how to be more present in our daily life. Moment by moment our bodies are changing and giving us signals of whats going on, what is out of balance or needing attention, or what is feeling really good. 

From a health perspective, when we learn to listen to our bodies we can pick up the whispers of a problem or abnormality and make appropriate adjustments early on, rather than letting things evolve into greater suffering. From a presence perspective, this can be such a great way of learning how to be in the present moment. How do I feel right now? What sensations are going on in and around my body? Are there any aches or pains that I'm not allowing into my full awareness? Start by simply being with these observations without judging them.

Through out your days trying scheduling mini "dates" with your body: 5 minute check-ins where you scan to see what feels good, what feels bad, and what is whispering for some loving attention.

MANTRA: My body is offering me signs and wisdom moment by moment, and as I learn to listen I learn to live with greater peace and ease.
